I’m always up for a styled session, I love thinking concepts and mood boarding , sourcing props, styling and of course photographing it later, but this time we went for a different , more simplistic approach to styling.
I paired with Ana, the fantastic make up artist behind Ana Ospina Make up, and the amazing dress designer Faith Caton Barber and we decided that instead of going for the super styled session , we wanted to find a place that spoke for it self, We wanted to create a photo shoot that represented our brides: graceful, stylish and creative .
So off we went to Shoreditch , with it’s vivid and colourful street art, to represent the creative and fun side our brides have. It was a great fun day, a perfect mix of fashion and inspiration. It was like playing Carrie Bradshaw for a day, and let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to do that?
Our model, Rosie , was an absolute super star! Braving out in the February cold , so thank you Rosie for being such a trouper!
And on top of everything , we had the honor of having the season featured in on of my favourite blogs, Bloved ! “How to mix the glitz with the grit” as they put it ; )
Thanks to Ana, Faith, Rosie and the London Make Up School for letting us your space!
Happy Saturday everyone,
